Consent to the processing of personal data

I agree that INBRAIT s.r.o., Co. Reg. No.: 08593957, with registered offices at Plzeňská 345/5, Prague, Smíchov, as a personal data controller, will process the personal data provided by me (or obtained from public sources) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of registering my person in the list of candidates and for the purpose of sending offers of suitable job opportunities.

The processing of personal data does not involve automated decision-making. The processing of personal data is carried out manually. Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the EU. Personal data is also provided to the recipients of personal data who are customers and suppliers of the controller and with whom the entity will cooperate in the event the hiring process is successful. Prior to the transfer of personal data to a third party, as stated above, a written contract governing the processing of personal data is always executed with this party. This contract contains guarantees for the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR and the Personal Data Processing Act.

At the same time, I acknowledge that the processors of the above personal data also include companies associated within the group of companies, namely ARBES Technologies, a.s, Co. Reg. I grant my consent for a period of 3 years and this consent can be revoked at any time. Personal data will only be disclosed to authorized employees of the company(s) and only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing.

In connection with the processing of personal data, I am aware of my rights, in particular the right to access personal data, to rectification or completion of inaccurate or false personal data, to erasure of personal data, to restriction of processing of personal data, to data portability and the right to object.
